The “Cedar Rock Beach House” has a fantastic modern open kitchen with an adjoining lounge area for guests. The kitchen features a propane 6 burner cook-top, stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked with kitchen essentials. The living and dining room comfortably hosts groups of six (6), whether it be for meals or movie night, you will feel right at home in this space. Make this your home away from home, and love it as much as we do!
Features include: * Three bedrooms – 1 Master bedroom with a king bed, linens, towels, and a private en-suite (walk-in shower & a separate/private lavatory) – 2 Guest Bedrooms both furnished with queen beds, linens, and towels.
* Kitchen – – Open concept, perfect for entertaining – Stainless steel appliances – refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher – Propane 6 burner cook top – Over-sized island area, which hosts a cooking area, breakfast bar & a separate beverage fridge – Lounge area with a sofa & coffee table for casual socializing while preparing meals – Well stocked with the kitchen essentials – 3 small starer packets of local coffee, assortment of teas
* Living & Dining room – Open concept – Large white stone fireplace (please speak to the Host/Caretaker regarding this feature). The fireplace will only be operational from October-April. No firewood provided – Dining table set for 6 – Sofa & Chaise lounge with additional seating with an oversized ottoman

Other things to note:
During peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), 3 night minimum. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am – please be respectful of the neighbours and locals
Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
