This unique cottage experience is perfect for explorers who want easy access to the Pacific Rim National Park and are within walking distance of Florencia Bay and a short 5 minute drive to the town of Ucluelet. Offering a unique experience this converted house boat has an endearing charm with the essence of untold stories from the sea. 

 Why Rent Florencia Bay Cottage? 

This secluded vacation rental is the perfect place to spend a Vancouver Island getaway, featuring a private deck nestled in the forest with a new hot tub located at the back of the cottage amongst the old growth trees. 
Florencia Bay Cottage features dramatic flared cedar log accents outside with a warmth and coziness on the inside. Upstairs sits a quant bedroom with a king-size bed and a large window to view the beautiful old-growth forest. The main floor has the second bedroom with another king-size bed and a TV perfect for a movie night on a rainy day. Additionally, the living room has a calming open space with brightness from the many windows throughout the Cabin. The couch pulls out to a queen-size bed, comfortable for an additional two guests. The kitchen is fully stocked to allow ease while preparing meals.
The kitchen island is a casual environment to eat at, or you can gather in the living room to enjoy mealtime while soaking in the views. There is one shared bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. The large claw-foot bathtub is perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment after a day of surfing or hiking one of Ucluelet’s excellent trails. Come experience this ideal getaway!

During peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

Pet friendly after owner approval. Please let us know about your pet with reservation request. $50 (plus tax) per dog. 3 dog max

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am – please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: We are offering an extended cancellation policy of 30 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund (minus a $50 cancellation and $25 non-refundable processing fee plus taxes).

Pull out couch: Additional linens can be provided. For those arriving late, we can make up the pull-out couch upon request.
