The upper-level open floor plan has a gourmet kitchen with all you need to cook your favourites. The living room has spacious seating and a gas fireplace- perfect for après cocktails or game night. The large dining area offers sliding doors to a large outdoor terrace with a gas BBQ.
The upper level hosts the master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The second bedroom on the lower level includes a sitting area, large flat screen TV and two twin beds. The third bedroom is on the lower level, with a king-size bed and sliding doors to the outside deck/boardwalk leading out to the hot tub and ocean. The 3rd-floor lookout houses a small nook for reading, working, or watching the surf. The ground floor outdoor decking is complete with a lit boardwalk to get you safely to the hot tub and beach, day or night.
