Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee, $25 processing fee, $10 per day Accidental Damages Protection (ADP) fee, plus taxes.
During the peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3-night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
Strict quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am - please be respectful of the neighbors and locals!

Great stay , so close to down town and restaurants. Loved our own private hot tub. Nice it had 2 king beds. Great communication from host!

Beautiful house with everything and more than you need. Located walking distance to downtown, surrounding neighborhood is beautiful with all really high end new places. Would recommend to anyone.

Exactly as described. Great location. Restaurant down the street was great!! Hot tub was perfect in the rainy evening :) I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing place in a perfect location. Beautiful kitchen, living room, huge comfortable beds and a great hot tub to soak in. We had an amazing and relaxing time and would return again in a second. Highly recommended!
