Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee, $25 processing fee, $10 per day Accidental Damages Protection (ADP) fee, plus taxes.
During the peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3-night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
Strict quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am - please be respectful of the neighbors and locals!

This is a beautiful, clean & relaxing home! Would 1000% book again as it is super spacious, clean, and is walking distance from many places! The host was lovely and responded very quickly! Had a great stay!
